- 2.5Not Self-Excluded: You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, whether placed by yourself on the 89ld platform or imposed by 89ld due to prior conduct.
- 2.6Personal Use: You are registering and using the platform solely for your own personal recreational purposes, and not for any commercial, professional, or systematic betting activity that exploits platform vulnerabilities.

Account Registration

- 3.3Identity Verification (KYC): 89ld may at any time request that you complete identity verification by submitting supporting documents. - 3.4One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 89ld platform. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held in them may be forfeited at 89ld's sole discretion.
- 3.5Account Transferability: 89ld accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person or entity.
89ld reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of withdrawal, following unusual betting activity, or as part of routine compliance reviews. Deposits and Withdrawals
89ld supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. All transactions on the 89ld platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- 4.1Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.
- 4.2Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this minimum will not be processed until the account balance reaches the required threshold.
- 4.3Withdrawal Processing Time: 89ld aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 2–24 hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. 89ld is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors including bKash, Nagad, or banking intermediaries.
- 4.4Same-Method Withdrawals: For security purposes and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations, withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. 89ld reserves the right to require this as a condition of processing any withdrawal.
- 4.5Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 89ld is not responsible for any currency conversion charges levied by third-party payment providers.
- 4.6Deposit Confirmation: Funds deposited to 89ld will be credited to your account upon confirmation from the payment processor. 89ld is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues on the side of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other third-party payment service.
Bonuses and Promotions
From time to time, 89ld offers promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free bet credits, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which will be published at the time the promotion is made available. The general principles below apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
- 5.1Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
- 5.2Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Unless otherwise specified, each bonus may be claimed only once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. 89ld reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonuses where eligibility conditions are not met.
- 5.3Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are subject to expiry. If the stated wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
- 5.4Abuse and Fraud: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to lock in guaranteed profits (known as "bonus abuse" or "arbing"), or providing false information to qualify for an offer — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
- 5.5Changes to Promotions: 89ld reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress by a player in good standing.
User Obligations and Conduct
As a registered user of 89ld, you are required to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times when using the platform. The following obligations apply to all users without exception.
- 6.1Lawful Use: You agree to use the 89ld platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use the platform in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or that could damage the reputation or operations of 89ld.
- 6.2No Cheating or Collusion: You must not engage in cheating, collusion with other players, use of automated betting software (bots), scripting tools, or any other method designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform's standard game mechanics.
- 6.3No Fraudulent Chargebacks: You must not initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to 89ld. Where a chargeback is made fraudulently, 89ld reserves the right to pursue recovery of any funds lost as a result, and to permanently suspend the account in question.
- 6.4Accurate Registration Data: You must ensure that all information provided to 89ld is accurate and truthful at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — particularly for the purposes of bypassing age verification or identity checks — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- 6.5No Systematic Exploitation: You must not exploit technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities in the 89ld platform. Any winnings obtained as a result of exploiting a known or suspected error may be voided and reclaimed by 89ld at its sole discretion.
Violations of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent exclusion from the 89ld platform. 89ld reserves the right to report serious violations to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
Account Suspension and Closure
89ld reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- 7.1Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- 7.2Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request from 89ld;
- 7.3Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct;
- 7.4Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age;
- 7.5Discovery that the account holder is operating multiple accounts on the platform;
- 7.6At the request of the account holder (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure);
- 7.7Inactivity: accounts showing no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to administrative review.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at 89ld's discretion. Where an account is closed at the user's own request and in good standing (no outstanding breaches), any verified balance will be returned to the user's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following closure.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 89ld, its directors, employees, partners, game providers, and technology suppliers shall not be liable to any user for any loss, damage, cost, or expense of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive, arising out of or in connection with:
- 8.1The use of, or inability to use, the 89ld platform or any part of its services;
- 8.2Technical failures, service interruptions, server downtime, or loss of data not caused by the wilful misconduct of 89ld;
- 8.3Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity conducted on the platform;
- 8.4Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking networks;
- 8.5Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's failure to protect their own login credentials;
- 8.6Errors or omissions in game outcomes resulting from certified random number generator (RNG) software operated by third-party game studios.
89ld does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected immediately. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 89ld makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the platform or the content, information, or materials available through it.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of 89ld, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights.
